Alison is an acrylic and oil painter residing on Vancouver Island, BC. Her journey as an artist began in childhood, where she displayed a natural talent for both art and music from an early age. Alison's great grandmother was a renowned local painter of landscapes, instilling in her a deep appreciation for the arts.

After completing high school, Alison pursued her passion for music and attended school for vocal training. Additionally, she embarked on a transformative journey to Bali to become a certified yoga teacher, further expanding her creative horizons and connecting with different forms of expression.

Throughout her adventures and pursuits, painting remained a constant passion for Alison. Eventually, she made the decision to transition into a full-time artist, dedicating herself to capturing the beauty of her surroundings on canvas. Inspired by the natural wonders of Vancouver Island and her own artistic heritage, Alison's artwork reflects a deep connection to the landscapes and a lifelong love for creative expression.
